I’ve actually run across ref’s to these articles elsewhere– in fact, on the blog of the author’s daughter. I didn’t read all the way through them, though.
Didn’t realize that they referred to IBLP / Vision Forum / stuff like that.I don’t know that I’ve ever been very involved in any para-church religious org. I’m generally wary of them, but how profitable is it to dwell on the problems of some of our brethren?

Hey Jacob,
Yes, you should see me again on Saturdays. Our church goes monthly, and while I may not make it every month, I’ll be back.As far as “how profitable is it to dwell on the problems of some of our brethren” — the issue I see is not dwelling on their problems but rather issuing a word of caution to those who may be considering or who subscribe to that school of thought. Not to condemn or judge those in it, but to warn against the dangers for those not (yet) involved. See the difference I am alluding to?

They definitly hit home to a place we are both familiar with.It really is a scary thought that many people who live as “standard bearers” may not be actually saved, they just think they are.
