Several distant TV signals logged in the last 24 hours:
8 – KCCI Des Moines
18 – KCPT Kansas City
21 – KDLT-TV Sioux Falls (456 miles, a new distance record)
21 – KTAJ-TV St. Joseph/Kansas City
22 – WOWT Omaha (345 miles, and the first time this has logged at my location)
29 – KMBC-TV Kansas City
31 – KXVO Omaha (ATSC 3.0, logged several times in the past three days)
34 – WDAF-TV Kansas City
36 – KSHB-TV Kansas City
Also, a couple of nights ago I was in rural northwest Missouri outside St. Joseph and using just a small portable radio, logged FM signals from all over the region, including Omaha, Kansas City, Topeka, Des Moines and Columbia-Jefferson City. Also logged several NOAA Weather Radio stations ranging from local KZZ-85 Cameron to distant WXL-57 Des Moines/Alleman.
